Learning does not happen only during training courses. It takes place in the midst of work—when we solve problems, collaborate, evaluate, test new technologies, and encounter situations for which we do not yet have answers.
This is the first of three webinars in a series exploring the workplace as a learning environment.
The focus is on how knowledge is developed in practice—and on how organizations can make the learning that is already taking place more visible, shared, and development-oriented.
When technology changes, work changes with it. New technologies do not simply introduce new tools. They also reshape tasks, relationships, professional roles and assumptions .
This webinar explores how employees develop knowledge while working with new digital systems, platforms and technological workflows. A central challenge could be to move from individual adaptation and improvisation towards shared organisational learning?
Technological change is rarely straightforward. New solutions may create efficiency and complexity, autonomy and control, and new opportunities alongside new dependencies. The ability to work with such dilemmas and paradoxes therefore becomes an important part of organisational learning.
At the webinar, you will gain:
- New perspectives on how technology changes work tasks, roles, and knowledge sharing
- Insight into how individual experiences can be developed into shared organizational learning
- Inspiration for addressing the dilemmas associated with technological changes
Target audience
This webinar is for anyone who wants to gain insight into how technological developments affect and shape their own work and professional growth. It is also for those with leadership responsibilities who are looking for fresh perspectives on how to support workplace learning.
